Paramount Pistons started as a manufacturing subsidiary of M/S Paramount Meters Pvt. Ltd. in 1972. In the year 1979, it got its own identity, manufacturing aluminum alloy pistons and aluminum alloy components for Air and Gas Compressors.

The company also manufacture's castings made of Tin aluminium alloy for plain shaft bush bearings, cross heads and cross head shoe.

Paramount Pistons has built a semi-advanced production line based on an increasing degree of automation. All kinds of manufacturing and processing machines are either procured from reputed manufacturers or built ourselves. We process the mould with extreme precision and develop our own melting, casting and machining equipment's. This way we have achieved an integrated production line covering every stage from casting to heat treatment and machining which ensures that our products are made with a high degree of uniform quality and precision.

The products we manufacture are the most functional parts of a compressor and that leaves no room for even the slightest error. Consequently our entire company is organized to achieve intensive quality control strict standards have been set at every stage from the initial handling of materials through casting, machining and final shipment.

Our manufacturing activity includes gravity die casting method for producing piston blanks from aluminium alloys. By suitably dividing the core and the mould it permits a high degree of freedom on terms of shaping, extremely fine control of all casting conditions is second nature to our experience. Permanent molds are made from top quality gray cast iron and steel. The method of casting we have chosen is the right technique for production wherever severe alternating temperature and mechanical gases, high gas or liquid pressure are encountered. There are virtually no limits to the shapes possible for Paramount Pistons.
